Welcome to MODS in Geylang

Hi folks, good job on your submissions. The basis of talent diagnostics is premised on input from your early childhood history (autobiography from 0-13yrs) and the SMS responses from family, friends, colleagues, etc.

These reports help reduce overall interview timings in the Discovery Room since much of the big data (about you) has been gathered together in one place. It saves time so we can move quickly to the next stage of pattern recognition and analysis during the 1-on-1 assessment.

So if your course mates are struggling with their submissions for whatever reason, please try to facilitate this process, before your arrival if possible and also in English if possible (so I don’t have to use Google to translate).

I’m sorry I may not have informed you ahead of time that my mother tongue is English. This is because my family left Singapore when I was 3yrs old, so I ended with 2 years of French Cambodian, 2 years Australian English, 2 years of UK English and 8 years of American English shared between 6 schools on 4 different continents. Sociologists call me a third-culture adult not unlike that kids born to missionary mums and dads.

In modalities (or, MODS for short), we will investigate your elemental (indigenous) gift or wiring to predict outcomes in the future based on the data you input.

What we will not cover is occupation and so you do not have to send us your resume. Instead, our focus is on productivity not vocation, (ie, you can be fired from your “job” but you can’t be fired from your “gift”!).

Here are some important trainings outcomes as a result of our time together in the Discovery Room or modality lab:

What makes life worth living

Why tomorrow is better

What to do when the fish is sick

What it’s really all about

These and many more questions will be answered during our 14-day, full day accreditation course under DAVT Ordination.

Our mission is to help you understand, conceptualise and implement modalities in a most efficient manner in sobriety and with dignity.

Our goal in Modalities is not to find fault but to discover defaults and modalities that mirrors the favour that has brought you this far.

A key makes no sense without the lock it opens. The design of the key is a clue to its purpose. The first keys made all had teeth. The shape of its teeth is a clue to its assignment. What it was designed to do, and what it in fact does on a everyday basis points to its function – to unlock something that would otherwise remain locked.

This is Intelligent Design. From its design we can deduce a conscious and conscientious mind that pre-conceived that original idea. Both lock and key, horse and rider, fork and spoon presumes intelligent design based on the hypothesis of a fine-tuned universe or, what is known as the Goldilocks principle.

Goldilocks found Papa bear’s bed too big and Baby bear’s bed too small. When she awoke, she found Papa bear’s porridge too hot and Baby bear’s porridge too cold. So she slept in Mama bear’s bed and ate from Mama bear’s bowl that was “just right”.

The Goldilocks principle has its implications for Intelligent Design. When you look at nature, the birds and the bees, you see the signature of intelligence written all over creation. Nothing is left to chance.

Fresh bread does not bake itself. And when it comes out of the oven, it will never return to its former state. Similarly, a line of code does not write itself. Likewise your birthright genius is at the most fundamental level, what makes life worth living and, why tomorrow is better than yesterday.

It is the signature of an intelligent Designer who has communicated his will through the incarnation of the elemental gifts found in human nature irrespective of nationality, ethnicity, language or religion.
