Things Which Shall Be

Future of “we” – energy crisis, oil price shock, banking crisis, bank stock crisis, asset price bubble, savings and loan failure, financial crisis, dot-com bubble, subprime mortgage crisis, housing market correction, auto industry crisis, sovereign debt crisis, government-debt crisis, stock market crash, coronavirus pandemic, superbug recession, socio-economic impact of coronavirus pandemic – what do these crisis tell us about the future of we going forward, if ever?

Many are asking, “Is the end of the world near?” There is no better time than now to study bible prophecy. It delivers us from the darkness of false fears, empowers us to share our faith with others, and prepares us for the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ.

God cannot force the world to love Him back but receives back even the most wretched prodigal who comes home with a broken and contrite spirit. “A bruised reed he will not break and a smouldering wick he will not snuff out.”

The Church of Jesus belongs to God, he created it and now wants it back (rapture). True believers (as salt and light) once taken out of the earth will trigger a rupture in society (“Tribulation”).

For believers, the darkening of the times is a blessed hope and a comfort for His soon return. Maranatha, come quickly Lord Jesus!
