Non-levitical ordination under Oikos Fellowship, Singapore
”When you lose your God, you’ve lost your legends. When you lose your legends, you lose your dreams. When you lose your dreams, you lose your direction. When you lose your direction you’ve lost everything” – Michael R. Bingham

We review those qualities that make you special and unique that you are likely to be oblivious to. Why were you chosen to pastor that church? What about you makes you imminently qualified above all others? How will you make an impact in your world over the course of a lifetime?

There is a hidden and latent design to everything we do, that has been innately wired, our birthright modalities that cannot be switched off or masked by trauma that determine the movement, flow and energy of your ministry mass, acceleration and impact. Finding out what God is saying and living according to this design brings to light the elemental truth about sobriety, dignity and efficiency as your grow personally, as a couple (if married) and as part of the Body of Christ.

In collaboration with approved, time-honoured bishoprics that work along side us to scaffold this new ministry of leadership complimentary to the existing 5-fold Ephesian matrix of the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher to establish the Kingdom and the Corinthian matrix of the 9 gifts of the Spirit to establish the local church, the so-called “hallelujah” gifts of the Holy Spirit.
A recording of Rev Michael Bingham preaching at Oikos on 19th January 2016 that lays down the foundation of non-levitical ordination in the making, recognition and consecration of the priesthood of all believers.
The gifts of Abba Father are seven-fold, given in perpetuity, unfolded in the natural order of creation, developed in wise curation by teachers, coaches and mentors whose leadership brings about clarity of purpose and meaningful action.

The particular organising body in the majority of cases in DAVT Ordination* is my own senior pastor, Rev Dr Michael Wieteska (UK/Aust) who is Pastor Emeritus of Church of the Living Saviour, Geneva Switzerland.
He is in apostolic succession to Smith Wigglesworth, the miracle working plumber of Bradford via Canadian Bill Drost who received laying on of hands to confirm his call as a missionary to Colombia immediately after his military service during the Allied invasion of Nazi occupied France during WWII.
I received the bishop’s charge in 2001 by the hands of Rev Dr Michael Wieteska in Singapore prior to our shift to Geylang in 2006 when we got our keys to our present offices at Lor 3.
Since 25 years ago, I and my team have been helping maids to win their home barrios by reverse missions. By 2008 we were helping prostitutes get off the streets by cookies and hugs. Our current mission, since 2016 is to help pastors discover genius through modalities.

Every soul is ordained for greatness, every community can bless God and flourish
DAVT Ordination is how our leaders are recognized and titled. It is God’s credentials for ministers, including non-levitical ministers, by the instrumentality of a degree conferred from a recognised Bishopric.
CRITERIA FOR ORDINATION
In the affairs of men, we elect our leaders and choose our governments. In the affairs of God, he elects his subjects and ordains his ministers
(1.) The call of God. Has the candidate had any specific word, dream, vision from heaven to indicate divine appointment?
(2.) Does the candidate have inner witness or abiding peace within to satisfy every internal or self-doubt upon appointment?
(3) Is the candidate respected by the community at large, “A bishop then must be blameless …etc etc” (See 1 Tim 3, Titus 1)
Conclusion : Jesus says: “You did not chose me but I chose you and ordained you to go and bear fruit, fruit that would last … ” (John 15:16)
Currently, under DAVT, we have about several dozens of young people on our GBG list that are wait-listed for these honours. Each must undergo external validation over a reasonable period of time, months, often years of careful inspection.
The non-levitical nature of this ordination is complementary to your secular education as you pursue full ministerial accreditation under DAVT.

Discovery Diagnostics address two key questions that every minister must face: What makes life worth living? and, What makes tomorrow better than yesterday?
Needless to say, this certification does not celebrate academic achievement and is examined on an entirely different basis than that of the university system.
The 7 Modalities as articulated from the Tabernacle of Moses where the plurality of leadership gifts are first seen in Scripture
(1.) LAMPSTAND – Prophecy creates new ways of approaching mission, overcomes seemingly insurmountable problems turning vision into reality. The hallmark of prophetic genius is the default natural ability to connect dots, overturn outdated and obsolete concepts to re-engineer today with tomorrow’s thinking to deal with convention in society, addressing perspectival error, tackling rigidity of thought and shifting the existing paradigm.

(2.) ALTAR OF INCENSE – Service seeks the flow state of high performance with stunning simplicity and elegance of style. The hallmark of deaconic brilliance is in its pursuit of excellence to climb higher, dive deeper and run farther to the finish in order to deal with complacency in society challenging the status quo to achieve much more than originally thought possible through artisanal flair and artistic genius.

(3.) LAVER – Teaching creates a credible and compelling image of how things should be todeal with ignorance in society. The hallmark of this didactic genius is the default natural ability to boil down complexity into bold, cogent definitions in order to frame ideas and thoughts that can flourish with focus, concentration and practice.

(4.) TABLE OF FRESH BREAD – Coaching builds trusting relationships by explaining your viewpoint and listening to understand other viewpoints, cultivating supportive networks. The hallmark of parakalyctic brilliance is founded in the default natural ability to integrate situational knowledge into the existing paradigm to deal with hopelessness in society, tackling heart sickness in the team by managing false expectations and meaninglessness.

(5.) ARK OF THE COVENANT- Giving makes room for a desired future that people in the organization want to create together in sobriety, dignity and efficiency. The hallmarks of metadidomic brilliance is encapsulated in its obsession with legality, authority and sustainability that deals with inequality in society, addressing wastage but may also result in resource fixation and mission paralysis through abuse or over-use.

(6.) GATE MAN – Leadership understands changes in external environments, interprets their consequential impacts. The hallmark of proistemic genius is the ability to expand the core without compromising its integrity to deal with anxiety in society addressing inertia in the team in a determined and decisive way but may result in contemporary forms of slavery due to abuse of power and corruption.

(7.) ALTAR OF BURNT SACRIFICE – Mentorship orientates rookies on essential standards playing multifaceted role for the well-being of the team. The hallmark of the eleemosynary mindset is as a wildcard candidate that jumps in to rescue the perishing to deal with CHAOS in society addressing pain and suffering but may be unilateral in decision-making, lacking in coordinated action.
