No man can see Him and live

King’s College invites papers for our Q4 Journal. All submissions of original work to be included by students of GNT and readers of Apostle John’s Apocalypse. Email: [email protected] draft by Sept 28, 2021.

This quarter, beginning on 28 Sept … we will require students to have already declared their position on the book of Revelation having read through the prophecy by the Apostle John and taking careful notes.

We don’t expect you to be able to answer every question regards the book only that you have honestly read the book and are willing to work through the manuscript together with the other gifted individuals in the College of Pastors…

Hence, it is important for you to complete this assignment BEFORE the start of the next term to come prepared to ask the right questions instead of coming with a blank slate …

Q3 RESEARCH PAPER

Assignment (due Sept 28, 2021):

How to interpret the Apocalypse? is it flash-back (history), happening now or soon (present tense), futuristic or purely allegorical to teach us moral truth? or something else?

Please be prepared to defend your position with the class on Tue 28/Sept (10am SGT).

(1.) Read Revelation 1-22 in English through in the NKJV or any modern translation, taking careful notes.

(2.) Cross-reference with the prophets and other OT narratives, to establish your position and elaborate a controlling idea (thesis) in not more than 14-words.

This executive summary should bring your entire research under one thought umbrella.

(3.) Create a chapter in your own name (not more than 1,000 word count) in our King’s College Journal with specific verses to make your argument clear and unambiguous.
