The real business of today is to unlock talent and release gifting that you may not even realise is waiting to be birthed in your tomorrow. Every soul is ordained for greatness. You are no exception. The questions you ask will open up new worlds to your understanding including the pressing need for and discipline in the mastery of oneself.

The goal of this training by process of elimination is to isolate your genius that often times you may be oblivious to, and in answer to two of life’s biggest questions:

– What makes life worth living?

– Why tomorrow is better than yesterday?

It’s all about you, but you are not what it’s all about. Welcome to the world talent diagnostics.

THE PROGRAM

Obtain a clear realisation of where you are today to know your God-given gift. Function in the way you have been created to flourish, with a clear self-awareness of your elemental personhood. Understand what makes you tick and what ticks you off.

In this 2-week program, we start with life— the way a person has been wired and designed. We determine what is unique in a person and his/her modality, why he/she matters – their nationality, their language, what they are like and what they know.

THE PROGRAM

The second part of the program is impact – where we assess the way each person’s genius is manifested or expressed. We assess the impact the person is currently having and then predict from there how he/she can impact the future.

In coaching, we apply and bring together all these different strains of information about you and see how they can be packaged and channeled for the future to deliver even more impact.

Whether you pastor a church or run a business, no matter what your experience, interests or training- the issue of modality is going to give you an indication of the health of your church, school, office or whatever. Modalities is a way to know the human condition in truth.

No matter where you are in your walk with the Lord, you will benefit either to decode your elementals or confirm your suspicions regarding your archetypes and defaults.

Each community can bless God and flourish simultaneously. Instead of saying, “God bless my church,” we want to turn it back to God and say “Let the Church bless God, too.” God will show on your face what it means to thrive in blessing, and He will manifest this in the works of your hand. Everyone will know about it and that is what we want—to contribute to the well-being of the community, enabling it to flourish and bless God.

Because these qualities are given full reign during this youth camp, the MODS courseware acquires MEANING and our intensive residential regimen obtains SOUL.
