1. A Strategic Singapore base worthy of continued home church support – I would forsee candidates being highly literate in social media, mobile and fast-track learners both on and off line that have a desire to join ranks. The option is open for you to add DAVT to your list of professional bodies of missional trainers, coaches and mentors.
First the unraveling of the wealth deposited in me and after, the riches deposited to every subsequent person in my pastoral circle. Sensing this is just the tip of the iceberg… the reservoirs of my innermost being still to come
2. A broadening network of relationships with a stream of guest missionaries and lecturers. Given the strategic location of Singapore in the Asia-Pacific region, its stature as an up and coming centre of theology, missiology and pastoral studies would allow for a continual stream of the best and brightest to be released in making, moulding and mobilizing for the 21st century harvest.
An eye-opener for me to acknowledge my gift. It opens new horizons of ministry effectiveness – how to detect defaults including my own and how to develop. The approach is clear, and the explanations direct and to the point.
3. An overview of city-wide church growth developments with specific field insights. In order to establish worshipping communities in a missional environment, our leaders will be exposed to a variety of traditional and non-conventional models of church growth, mastering the fundamentals that are applicable in every pastoral situation where Christ is known and loved.
A mind-blowing discovery of what kind of person I am. It helps me discover who I am and how to develop my modality. I am reminded to re-focus on self and ministry mostly in the area of my ability, that I should work easily and with joy. And also on how to put in place my future leaders in the right mininstry (context), so they can use their genius properly and with more results.
4. Guidance in researching and refining observations gained through in-field exposure and experience. Through exposure with senior brethren, the breadth and experience of such ministry professionals and marketplace leaders could enhance our leader’s survivability in a rapidly changing church and missions landscape.
Insightful, wonderful experience journey to the centre of me. New discoveries coming from progressive revelation directly from God, uncovering the purposeful elements of genius…You showed something new to us where we saw our elemental personhood. We love to journey with you in searching for and finding the gift that God has designed for each of us.
5. Supervised, continuing foundational education with hands-on approach to learning. Training packages will involve field assignments to test out assumptions learned in the classroom. Such exposure should come early in your training rather than as a summary exercise to bring out the realism of the ministry gift and modalities in action.
Enlightening. I was made aware of my birthright. The lessons gave a deep reflection of who I am and how I can be of use for the glory of God. I really appreciated the way Pastor Gerard delivered the seminar. He is very passionate in his teachings. The materials were well provided for and were very helpful tools for reflective learning and teaching. I realised it is never too late to discover new things about myself.
6. Access to a caring residential community that are voices of value and godly counsel. Underlying values of prayer, intercession and prophetic worship form the most foundational layers of how training is conducted in which leaders grow in increasing sensistivity to the liberty of the Spirit’s flow as God’s people move in miracle oneness.
The unfolding of the revelation is a blessing to all of us! We are touched with your passion and commitment, your generosity is a testimony of love and compassion to God’s people! Thank you for your precious time! You and your house are a powerhouse. We cannot contain the excitement and at the same time it challenges me to really find my true self and to be used by God for His glory! You and your team is a gift from God to the Body of Christ and to the nations of the world. We love you! You have touched our lives so deeply with your wisdom and understanding… You have impacted my present and my future!
7. Continued training, encouragement, accountability and assistance in ministry development. Leaders are encouraged to fully engage in collaborative projects that would enhance knowledge gained, further exploit the network of peers and associates that deepen the relationship between the local church and the missional niche you are looking to impact.
Very timely and appropriate to me in as much that I am now looking further afield where I can serve in an enlarged capacity. I believe through prayer God will lead me to the proper and strategy to use. Rev Gerard is very clear and knows in depth what he is teaching. Now I understand my birthright and the niche in my life. The partnership of Rev Gerard and his Wife is so good that I am comfortable throughout the training. Looking forward to attend a more comprehensive training in the future and bring along some of my leaders to future trainings.
