Default Natural Abilities
Seven Productivity Zones creator and founder of Talent Research Foundation John Samuel, a longtime career consultant with extensive organisational development experience in human and talent capital management, refers to a simple idea of innate wiring, your Default Natural Abilities (DNA) by which the author describes elemental personhood.
Were you a lonely child longing for friends or were you content to be left alone? What scared you the most as a child, and why? I remember I was always told by my mother to “get out of the kitchen”. There was a good reason for that.
7 BIRTHRIGHT ARCHETYPES
“Mind is the master weaver both of the inner garment of character and the outer garment of circumstance and that as they may have hitherto woven in ignorance and pain, they may now weave in enlightenment and happiness” – James Allen, As A Man Thinketh
The way it is organised, modalities is new in terms of the way we classify and organise the information. But you will definitely recognise all the behaviours that result from certain mental processes that we are calling ARCHETYPES that stand at back of why we act the way we do, not randomnly or haphazardly but according to pre-determined and fixed defaults.
Like DNA in biology or the periodic table in chemistry, there are fixed elemental causes ascribed in Scripture that produce consequential effects.
Once we understand the archetype, we can predict outcomes fairly accurately and with certainty, based upon and in the same way, a bulb from a tulip could be easily distinguished from a daisy or sunflower by a trained botanist. The two are not the same and come from a different family “tree” (genus or species).
Learning to identify the roots of human behaviour and tracing their natural growth from infancy to maturity is a matter of observation with a little bit of common sense in answer to “why you so like that…” speaking of what makes you tick and what ticks you off (in others and in ourselves).
PRO-PHE-TI-EA – Drive to discover … Passion to define, decode and declare the latent in what is hidden, covered or obscure to others. It’s not what the eye sees but the ability of the eye to see.
DEA-CO-NI-EA – Drive to implement … A passion for excellence and a relentless drive to fulfill and exceed the expectations of an audience of one.
DI-DA-SKO – Drive to learn … Bold, cogent and lucid distinctions to impart, imprint and instil what are the non-negotiable essentials to the next generation.
PARA-KA-LE-HO – Drive to bond … Knowing exactly what to say, and skilfully saying it, getting the ideas from one head to another in a way that will be easily understood and transformative to apply in real world situations.
META-DI-DO-MI – Drive to acquire … Making room for God to act with whatever good is in your hand to give. Not the wealth you create but the power to create wealth for the good of the community.
PRO-IS-TE-MI – Drive to accomplish a mission … Determined and decisive to obtain the big, hairy and audacious goals – going where nobody wants to go, staying there till God tells you to leave and never asking when that will be.
EL-EE-OS – Drive to make peace …Passion to meet immediate needs and remove wounds to spread shalom and keep the calm.
The goal of this training by process of elimination is to isolate your genius that often times you may be oblivious to, and in answer to two of life’s biggest questions:
(1.) What makes life worth living?
(2.) Why tomorrow is better than yesterday?
Through knowledge of our default natural abilities (archetypes), our marketplace (non-levitical) modalities are well employed in raising standards of followership within local communities where Jesus name is known and loved.

DAVT Ordinations : “We help pastors to discover genius by modalities” – The non-levitical nature of this ordination is complementary to your secular education as you pursue full ministerial accreditation under DAVT. Needless to say, this certification does not celebrate academic achievement and is examined on an entirely different basis than that of the university.
