Compass training for facilitators
Life Impact Training : productivity compass (updated) – “we help gifted individuals discover genius through modalities”.
An extensive study in the U.S.A found that the most productive age in human life is between 60-70 years of age. The 2nd. most productive stage of the human being is from 70 to 80 years of age. The 3rd. most productive stage is from 50 to 60 years of age. The average age of NOBEL PRIZE winners is 62 years old. The average age of the presidents of prominent companies in the world is 63 years.
The average age of the pastors of the 100 largest churches in the U.S.A. is 71. The average age of the Popes is 76 years. This tells us in a way that it has been determined, that the best years of your life are between 60 and 80 years.
A study published in NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE found that at age 60, you reach the TOP of your potential and this continues into your 80s. Therefore, if you are between 60 -70 or 70-80 you are in the BEST and 2nd. level of your life. SOURCE: N.Engl.J .Med. 70,389 (2018)
Course description:
Many voices over the years have contributed to the literature of modalities from the time of the Greeks in a pre-Christian era who saw anatomical patterns (4-factor analysis) to the how and the why of the “good life”, ie, what makes life worth living?
This has been the pursuit of teachers of ethics from Aristotle to Socrates, from the time of the ancient Jews to the post-holocaust era among the Jewish thinkers in the American diaspora.
The tradition of dream interpretation pioneered by Freud and his new world successors have played a huge role in the development of the psychoanalytic method.
Including the Jungian approach based in the city of Zurich since the early 1900’s pointing to the plurality of psychological “archetypes”, so-called.
The “psyche” is itself being studied as the foundation of the psychometric surveys used in HR including Meyers-Briggs (4-factor) and the OCEAN (5-factor) research deployed in the algorithm in Facebook analytics for example.
In the last century, the 7-archetype model was pioneered through Talent Research Foundation (Samuel/Moen) who used the term, “productivity zones” as published in their work on default natural abilities at the workplace.
More recently, the work of Howard Gardner from Harvard Graduate school has outlined individual differences in the periodic table of human behaviour in his seminal work on multiple-intelligences – spatial, kinaesthetic, pedagogical, linguistic, structural, inter-personal and intra-personal.
In this course, I bring to the table the source codes in the pattern “revealed to Moses” at Sinai in Exodus 40 ff, through to the earliest pattern of the NT Church in 1 Cor 14:26 ff, Romans 12:6-8.
I also introduce the Malachi mandate as seen in the 7Churches of the Apocalypse where the battle cry is “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God.” (Mal 4:5-6; Rev 21:3)
